- Support during shutdowns, commissioning and optimization, plus on-site service.
Our approach
An annual contract or monthly service retainer can be agreed. We first review your plants, software baseline and support needs, then define covered systems, maintenance tasks, contacts, access, documentation and additional work. Availability, response times, scheduling, duration and fees are agreed individually. A retainer does not automatically include unlimited work or 24-hour standby. The goal is a lasting partnership that makes support and development easier to plan.
